Colin is an experienced local councillor, having first been elected in 1999. He is a former Lord Mayor and currently works as a Technician in the University Science Area. Colin has lived in West Oxford for over 30 years and on Riverside Road since 2002. He is also a School Governor at West Oxford Community Primary School.
