Having lived in Bicester for eleven years I have watched it grow, develop and change.
Full statement
As a Green Party candidate I stand to support the changes we are facing to help both people and the natural environment on which we all depend. I have particular interest in:
- the economic challenges faced by Bicester residents such as the need for truly affordable housing
- the increasing pressure on our green spaces - which means we need to improve air and water quality, stop fly-tipping and promote real biodiversity
- community-led decision making - to involve residents directly in shaping local plans and budgets
