I am William , I live in Glenholt, I went to school in Estover and work at Derriford Hospital where I am a Union Rep.

I became involved with local politics, after the sudden closure of our post office. Whilst I gathered signatures for our petition, I enjoyed listening to local people, learning about what they liked about our area and their suggestions for improvements.
At work , in my role as a Union Rep, I take part in campaigns but most importantly I’m on the side of members helping them overcome problems. This is the approach I will take as your councillor. Local people should not feel daunted by change; our voice should be included so that we feel proud of and benefit from the growth and development happening on our doorstep.
I am the only candidate that lives in the Ward.
