Cllr Kim Carsok serves as Chairman of the South Norfolk & Waveney Valley Conservative Federation, playing an integral role in driving the Federation's political strategy and supporting electoral campaigns across the region.

In addition to her Federation responsibilities, Cllr Carsok represents the Forncett Ward on South Norfolk Council, where she also serves as the Cabinet Member for Health and Leisure. Her portfolio focuses on community well-being, promoting active lifestyles, and supporting local projects that enhance quality of life.

Kim is also a County Council Candidate for West Depwade, where she aims to protect our Norfolk way of life in rural villages from Forncett to Bressingham, Wacton to Bunwell and throughout the 60 square mile area.

A champion of local engagement, Cllr Carsok has been involved in initiatives such as the 'Clean Up & Bloom' grant, which helps community groups beautify their neighbourhoods while fostering biodiversity. She has also overseen the allocation of significant funding through the council’s Community Action Fund, supporting projects that bring residents together and improve community facilities.
