I am Rachel Roffe and I live with my family in the South Cerney division.

As a candidate I am passionate about protecting our villages and rural communities from irresponsible over-development and building resilience against flooding and other hazards, and to ensure we have the appropriate infrastructure to enable us to thrive. My professional background is in communications, stakeholder and communication engagement in energy, waste and infrastructure environments, which has involved extensive engagement with all levels of local and national government. I know how the system works and I want it to work for communities. I am heavily involved in veteran, farming and elderly campaigns and as a parent I totally understand the aspirations of young people and the desire to progress in life and work. This is a local election and it is important to remember every vote counts to improve our society. I am working to support local communities and to help ensure the needs of everyone across the South Cerney division spanning the North and South Cotswold.
