We need improved NHS provision; our pensioners, elderly and vulnerable require greater support; families merit better, and the pollution of our beautiful countryside and waterways must cease. As your Lib Dem Parliamentary candidate, if I succeed, I will work hard to achieve a positive difference.

I am a pharmacist by profession and CEO of one of the most respected and biggest associations for independent pharmacies across England. As such, I know first-hand the challenges faced by our NHS colleagues and the wider healthcare system, and I am determined to help fix it.

Government needs to underpin our GP practices, recruit more NHS dentists and review the dental contract, support local pharmacies, invest in our local A&Es and improve access to mental health services. I truly believe this, and I have the knowledge and experience to get the job done.

I grew up in Finland and moved to the U.K. precisely 20 years ago to take up a role as a pharmacist. I fell in love with this country and became a UK citizen. I admire its progressive values, beauty, traditions, and people.

As a mother of three, I want to see our schools thrive and not merely struggle on, our roads safe and free from potholes, our environment protected from harm and from sewage and a healthcare system that is productive not declining.

I can think of no better place to be an MP than Broadland and Fakenham. I think of it as a quiet haven of opportunity, an area of unspoilt beauty. I pledge to serve everyone in this great constituency, helping to give you the representation you deserve.
