Statement to voters
I’m a Town Councillor for Cilfynydd on Pontypridd Town Council and am actively involved in my community helping run buildings, groups and projects, I don’t just show up for the photoshoot, I run the event.

Originally from Staffordshire, I have lived in Pontypridd since 2004. I taught Chemistry for a few years and did an MA in special educational needs. Now I’m senior researcher and European Project Coordinator at Pontydysgu. My role takes me across Europe managing teacher training and youth work projects but my passion has always been to bring the opportunities back to the Valleys.
I'm a queer non-binary parent of two teens, I love reading, crochet and embroidery, swimming in the Lido and walks by the river.
