Statement to voters
Lauren has lived in Mid Sussex for most of her life and made Cuckfield her home for the last 21 years.
Full statement
Lauren is passionate about making our community a better place to live. From 2020 to 2023 she was the CEO of a charity supporting volunteering and community development in Mid Sussex, working to support over 450 charities and volunteer groups in our local area.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, she worked with both councils and voluntary organisations to support residents in need.
Lauren has consistently opposed building Cuckstye and will be a strong voice on the County Council for protecting green spaces. She will fight for safer roads, including fixing potholes, and work to get children and families a fair deal on SEND education.
This statement was added by Lauren Lloyd, their team, or by a Democracy Club volunteer, based on information published by the candidate elsewhere.
