Statement to voters

I first moved to Southwark in 2008 and love our diverse community. Until 2016, I worked in the finance industry and saw firsthand how the system has prioritised profits over people. Since leaving the industry, my research and campaigning has pushed for a fairer financial system that puts climate, living wages, and community health at its core. These are the same issues that I will work on as a councillor.

This statement was added by Kevin Chuah, their team, or by a Democracy Club volunteer, based on information published by the candidate elsewhere.
