Full statement
My name is Alexandria Head, your Green Party candidate for Middleton Park Ward.
I joined the Green Party because I feel Labour has been a huge disappointment. I used to support Labour, mainly when Jeremy Corbyn was the Party Leader. But when Zack Polanski became the leader of the Green Party, I felt there was potential again.
The Green Party not only aims to introduce environmental justice but also social justice. This is what I want from any party, but the Green Party is one of the few UK parties that wants to implement these justices.
I am standing in the local elections for Middleton Park ward because I want to ensure that environmental justice is achieved at the council level. I want to make sure that Middleton Park is safe for everyone and that the streets are cleaner.
