Statement to voters

A 30-year Addlestone resident, I combine senior Financial Services leadership with deep experience in youth services volunteering, and neurodiversity and disability advocacy for West Surrey. As a candidate who is severely visually impaired, I offer a unique perspective on accessibility and inclusion.
I am committed to revitalising Addlestone’s High Street through policies like one-hour free parking and removing green waste charges. To support our significant youth population, I have petitioned to save Addlestone’s Family Hub. By securing notional rent for third sector entities, we can restore vital youth services and ensure sports funding reaches the heart of our community.

This statement was added by Marilyn Swinney, their team, or by a Democracy Club volunteer, based on information published by the candidate elsewhere.
