Statement to voters
Kacper is an 18-year-old student who has lived in Croydon for almost his entire life. He has seen first-hand the challenges many residents face, including crime, fly-tipping, and poor accessibility in parts of the borough. These issues are deeply personal to him: as a wheelchair user, he understands how inaccessible streets, transport, and public spaces can directly affect people’s independence and quality of life.
He believes Kenley is too often overlooked, yet many challenges are emerging - vehicle theft is rising, and many residents feel
isolated. Kacper recognises residents concerns and plans to act on them.
This statement was added by Kacper Josef Borkowski, their team, or by a Democracy Club volunteer, based on information published by the candidate elsewhere.
