An experienced local councillor, Michael is standing to represent the ward he calls home.

First elected in 2021 and re-elected with an increased majority, Michael has a strong track record of delivering for residents and building local support. Now standing in the area where he lives, he brings both experience and a direct personal stake in the community.
Since joining the Green Party, he has played a key role in growing Green representation and showing that a different kind of politics is possible. Alongside his council work, he is a Network Engineer, a volunteer magistrate, and is studying for a Masters in Environmental Science.
He is focused on protecting the environment, strengthening communities, and ensuring the economy works for everyone, not just a few.
