I’m originally from Hong Kong and came to the UK after the social movement. Today, I live and work in Reading, and I’m deeply grateful to the community that has welcomed my fellow Hongkongers and me so warmly. I hope to give back to the community that has given us so much.

Community has always been at the heart of what I believe in. Whether Katesgrove is a short stop in your renting journey or the place you’ve chosen as your forever home, your voice matters. I want to hear your concerns and work with you to address them.

Since being selected to stand in Katesgrove, I’ve been actively involved alongside local community associations and volunteering groups — from weekend litter-picking to bringing residents’ concerns directly to Council meetings. I’m committed to making Katesgrove an even better place for you.

I understand that many of you have lost trust in politics. That’s why I don’t take the opportunity to stand here lightly. I hope to earn your trust, and together we can work for change that you can see and feel.
