Madeline Baugh's policies
Statement to voters
I’ve lived in Enfield for nearly three years and in my time here, have connected with many wonderful members of our community.
Full statement
I am deeply passionate about social justice, having worked in the charity sector around prevention education to tackle harmful behaviours such as discrimination, harassment and sexual violence.
I’m standing for the Green Party because Enfield deserves practical, community‑focused leadership. I want to support local businesses, tackle fly‑tipping, push for genuinely affordable housing, and bring real accountability to council decisions. I support ethical investment, ensuring so public money is directed towards sustainable, responsible, community-focussed projects that works for residents.
I first got involved in politics as a student, and having been elected as President of my Students’ Union. I’m standing because I believe Enfield can be fairer, greener, and more hopeful; a borough where decisions are made with people.
Vote Green on 7th May.
