Louise Morales was first elected to Woking Council in 2011 and Surrey County Council in 2025. She has served as Mayor, Chair of Planning and now Portfolio Holder for Planning Policy and sits on the Surrey County Council and Woking Borough Council planning Committees.
A self-employed gardener, Louise brings a strong environmental focus to her work. Louise is a tireless advocate for residents, tackling issues from fly-tipping to social care and service delivery. She is committed to improving planning, sustainability and active travel, and to shaping fair, future-focused policies for the new West Surrey Council.
