James Brine's policies
Statement to voters
For decades, Dene and South Gosforth has been held back by complacency while we're told to pay more for less it's time for bold visible change. Our council should serve local people, not private contractors and big corporations.
Using my political experience, I will fight for warmer, more affordable homes; publicly run transport; and community-owned energy that cuts bills and carbon. I'll strengthen local businesses and co-operatives -creating wealth and opportunities in our neighbourhoods - while protecting our green spaces and tackling pollution in the Ouseburn.
Together, we can build a fairer, stronger, and more prosperous Dene and South Gosforth.
