I care deeply about this community and believe local politics should be rooted in lived experience, not career ambition.

I have lived in Aldersbrook since 2019, moving here from Wood Street with my family, including 2 young daughters.
My decision to stand is shaped by my own experiences navigating public services and advocating for change. I have lived experience of maternal mental health challenges, which made me acutely aware of how difficult it can be to access timely and appropriate care.
I established a free support community to help mothers and birthing people navigate the healthcare system and access the support they need. This work has shown me how powerful community led solutions can be, particularly when led by people with lived experience, but also how urgently the systems need to improve so that no one falls through the gaps.
