Peter Colin Taylor is a British Liberal Democrat politician who is the second Mayor of Watford. He was elected in the 2018 election, succeeding Dorothy Thornhill. Before becoming Mayor, he was a teacher and a local Oxhey ward councillor. He was re-elected as mayor in 2022.
