We have so much to be proud of in Birmingham: a super diverse community that tells the story of Britain's history, thriving small businesses providing jobs and driving our regional economy, and a hope that things can be better for our city and its people.

We've been let down by 14 years of successive Conservative governments - crime and antisocial behaviour is rising, our public services have been decimated, and divisive and damaging rhetoric at the top level of government is the new normal.
It doesn't have to be that way. We can put an end to Conservative rule, and put the voice of Brummies at the heart of the next government. But to do that, I need your support. This is the most important election in a generation: make your vote count.
