Catharine Letitia Hoey is a Northern Irish politician who served as the Labour Member of Parliament for Vauxhall from 1989 until 2019 when she did not stand for re-election and publicly supported Boris Johnson's Conservative Party and the DUP. She was elevated to the House of Lords in July 2020 by Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
