Jim Flashman has served in Local Government locally for over 30 years serving on many committees and gaining a massive amount of experience. Jim is a retired dairy farmer. He is keen to do his best for the whole of the Calstock Parish and is keen to see improvements to the A390 and with many years planning experience wants to ensure any applications are appropriate for the area.
