Richard has been a dedicated parish councillor since 2015, a city councillor in The Lawns since 2019, member of the local Speedwatch group and is an active volunteer for the Chelmsford Litter Wombles & the SUPsect Water Wombles, helping keep our city clean and tidy.
He is committed to community safety, fixing the pothole crisis and listening to residents’ concerns. Alongside Mike, he has continuously stood up for Springfield residents over many years.
Richard will be a strong local champion for families and communities in Springfield. On 18th June, vote for Richard Lee and the Lib Dems.
