"Mark Kiddle Morris was first elected to Breckland Council in 2007 and served as a District Councillor until 2015, he was also elected to Norfolk County Council and is his 3rd term of office.

Full statement

Mark served in the Royal Air Force at Marham and Swanton Morley leaving to take up a Ministry of Defence post as a project engineer.

Since first elected as a councillor, Mark has worked hard to ensure that the concerns and problems of residents and Parish Councils are properly addressed by the appropriate authority. He has advised and helped communities of matters such as planning, highway maintenance, footpath and public rights of way, flooding and minerals and water planning.

Mark is keen to ensure that our communities are developed in a sensitive way respecting our heritage and protecting our environment and wildlife. "
