David lives in Horton with his family and has been at the heart of the local community for many years.

He previously served as a councillor in the Horton area and as Chair of the Livingstone Park Residents Association, helping to bring people together and make residents’ voices heard. David has been closely involved in major local campaigns, including helping to establish the Horton Chapel Community Trust. He also serves as the CEO of a charity supporting disabled people, and is deeply committed to building a more inclusive society. When he’s not working, you’ll often find David walking his dog, Milo, in Horton Country Park, enjoying the green spaces that make Epsom such a special place to live. David is passionate about making Epsom West safe and welcoming, and about working with residents to deliver the changes the community needs.
