Statement to voters
Working most of his adult life in numerous areas of mental health, he has a keen interest in the sciences. Causes close to his heart are the NHS, homelessness and adolescent mental health, but in particular the current plight of refugees globally. Has travelled extensively around the world, with a particular love for Latin America, and an interest in the Middle East after spending last year living in Greece volunteering within the refugee crisis.
