Paul has represented South Ward on the Borough Council since 2011 and is a member of Eastleigh Town Council.

Professionally, he is a train driver with over 25 years’ experience. Paul is a past Deputy Leader of the Borough and Cabinet Member for Social Policy and Regeneration. Heavily involved in housing, Paul helped formulate housing policies for the council’s new Eastbrooke homes, was a key member of the team bringing forward temporary homeless accommodation at Bampton House and the redevelopment of the old Post Office to provide the council with new social housing units at Postmark Place in the town centre.
