Sir Mark Phillip Hendrick is a British Labour and Co-operative politician. He has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for Preston retaining the seat for his party at a by-election in 2000. Hendrick was previously elected to the Central Lancashire seat as a Member of the European Parliament (MEP) from 1994 to 1999.
