Statement to voters
Rowena moved to Kingston over 30 years ago, making a home with her husband and three daughters, who attended Coombe Hill Infant and Junior Schools and Coombe Girls.

Rowena knows the ward well, having initially lived with her family in Manorgate Road and now Dickerage Road.
She qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in London and has extensive financial experience both in the private and public sector.
Keen to give back to the community Rowena helped run a local Girl Guiding unit and served as a governor of Robin Hood Primary for 8 years. She is now a Trustee of Coombe Multi Academy Trust and also a Director of Kingston Chamber of Commerce.
Rowena said: “It has been a huge honour to serve Coombe Hill ward as a councillor and I would very much like to carry on helping residents across this wonderful ward and holding the LibDem administration to account.”
