Colin was born in St Helier Hospital and has lived in The Wrythe for 37 years. He has been the Lead Councillor for Adult Social Services since he was elected in 2006 and in 2013 took on the Public Health role as well. Colin is the Managing Partner of the largest GP partnership in London, looking after 60,000 patients. He is an active member of Sutton Royal British Legion.
