Joe Mason's policies

Statement to voters

Haverhill is a growing town and this continued growth must be sustainable.

Full statement

Investment in improved travel infrastructure to Cambridge is essential for Haverhill’s future prosperity and I will provide a strong voice within the council to see
improvements and schemes that benefit the town.
I fully support the continued investment in the Business & Research parks bringing new jobs to the town, and we will support initiatives that will see our businesses, High Street and wider community recover from the difficulties COVID 19 has caused. Local organisations and volunteer groups have also been negatively affected, and I
will do whatever I can to support those who contribute so much to the town.
I am hugely thankful to all those who have worked so tirelessly in the Health & Care Sector. We also recognise how COVID 19 has impacted negatively on many people’s health and well-being. I will continue to campaign for new facilities and improved access to Health & Mental Health Services in the town.
I am passionate about protecting and caring for our local environment, and I will support initiatives that tackle climate change and ensure our green spaces are well cared for.
So please lend me your support, so I can work for you and the people of Haverhill.
