Matt Hoyland has recently been selected by The Liberal Democrats as their prospective candidate for Castle ward for the 2019 Worthing Council elections.

Matt has a strong record of campaigning for progressive causes in the United States including the Democratic party. He moved back to the UK in 2010 after spending 20 years in America and he has lived in Worthing for 7 years.
Matt is building a career in Quality and Regulatory Affairs and is currently working for a local toy company and worked previously in a similar role for The Body Shop. Matt joined the Liberal Democrats in 2017 and has taken an active role in the local party. Matt was selected in 2018 to be the local party Data Officer.
In his free time Matt is an avid traveller and is interested in foreign languages, Jazz music and being outdoors.
Matt looks forward to making an impact in the community and is the positive choice to beat the Conservatives in Castle.
