A community where families, young people, and nature all deserve to thrive.

As someone passionate about protecting our environment and supporting future generations, I want to help create a safer, greener, and more accessible place for everyone, especially our pupils.

If elected as your Green Councillor, I will focus on:

A greener future for our children:
– Protecting local green spaces from overdevelopment
– Planting more trees and creating wildlife-friendly areas.
– Expanding no-mow verges and wildflower spaces near schools
– Reducing waste and boosting recycling across the ward

Safer streets for pupils and families:
– Introducing 20mph zones around schools and residential areas
– Creating safer crossings and better walking routes to school
– Supporting traffic-free or low-traffic zones at school drop-off times
– Tackling air pollution to ensure cleaner, healthier journeys

Better, accessible transport:
– Improving cycle lanes and safe bike storage for students
– Pushing for more reliable and affordable public transport
– Expanding electric vehicle charging while prioritising active travel

Supporting wellbeing and opportunity:
– Championing mental health support for young people
– Ensuring safe, inclusive community spaces for all ages
– Advocating for fair funding for local services and schools
