Statement to voters

I moved to Southampton three years ago after retiring as a housing officer and a youth and community worker with over thirty years experience.

Full statement

I am currently a governor on the Mental Health Trust and a member of my local Neighbourhood Watch. I have a reputation of speaking up for the people that I represented when I was the Mayor of Boston and I will do the same for the people of Sholing. If elected, I will fight for better services like buses, sorting out footpaths and potholes, promoting 20MPH limits and tackling speeding. I would like to see more youth provision for young people and more visible policing in our communities. I am very concerned about the effect of the cost of living crisis on the people of Sholing.
