Full statement

He is currently campaigning against proposals to close off Marston Ferry Road to regular traffic and lobbying for more funding for segregated cycle lanes. He is a strong advocate for pubs and lobbied against the Labour Council granting permission for the Jack Russell pub to be converted into flats. He supported the campaign to keep the Somerset as a pub. Mark is against the planned redevelopment by Brookes at John Garne way. He believes Brookes should use its Wheatley Campus lands for redevelopment instead. Mark is a Governor at Endeavour Academy, a school for children with Autism in Barton.
