Full statement
Martin has 30 years experience in the construction industry as an engineer and project manager he has been Involved in many national and local infrastructure and facilities management projects including the A55, Welsh Water/Dŵr Cymru, Magnox and Defence.
He is used to managing multi-million pound budgets and meeting complex timelines - unlike local government, something he found frustrating when serving as a community councillor on Ynys Mon.
