Peter has lived in Winchester for 15 years and is Acting Chair of Winchester Labour.

Peter is a long-standing campaigner on housing and homelessness. He is running the London Marathon in 2022 for Crisis – the homelessness charity. Peter leads a employee-owned project management company which is based in the City and delivers capital projects for education and local authority clients across Hampshire and England. His previous work has included leading the Social Housing Regulator for England where he led the development of tenant engagement standards; and, he has served as a Deputy Principal in a number of Further Education Colleges. Peter will bring substantial experience of delivering major projects, good governance, delivering services through co-operative structures, housing, and community engagement to his role as a Councillor for St Michael’s ward in Winchester.
