Raised in Arthur’s Hill, he attended the local schools, grew up using our parks and community centres, and knows first-hand the challenges and strengths that make this area unique. He has deep ties to our neighbourhood, having previously served on the boards of both Nunsmoor Centre Trust and Greening Wingrove, working to support families, strengthen community spaces and improve our local environment. Alongside his council work, Hayder is an NHS pharmacist and Unite workplace representative. His experience on the frontline of healthcare has shaped his commitment to protecting public services, tackling inequality and speaking up for people.
