and I have been a Green Party member since 2014.

As a resident, I see the strain our town is under: over-development without infrastructure, the decline of our roads and public transport, constant cuts to vital assets such as our schools and library, and an ever present threat to our green spaces.

The Green Party have a proven track record of getting things done, with district and county councillors in Essex, including here in Braintree District.
We work hard to make a difference in local communities.

As a new Green Party candidate, I may not have the public profile of some of the
others standing in this election but please do not doubt that, if elected, I will work hard for all residents.

If elected, I will be a strong advocate for Halstead at County Hall and will represent
everyone regardless of their age, socio-economic group, nationality, religion, race,
gender, sexuality, and even their politics.

I am standing in this election to offer a bright future for Halstead based on positivity, hope and community.
